One of our customers was receiving far too many suspicious email’s and spam. Given the risk these messages posed they took the decision to upgrade their old old filter with a new Spam Titan appliance.
Ace IT Solutions installed the appliance onsite and the results were pretty amazing with only 15% of inbound emails being delivered to the users inbox. Given that on a typical day the appliance reports that they receive around 5000 emails, blocking 85% has drastically improved everyone’s inbox.
Each message must pass over 100 checks before it is classed as clean, with the checks constantly being updated from a global list of security threats and outbreaks.
With an inbuilt user quarantine area, in depth reporting and access for remote and mobile users it’s already a service they could not imagine life without.
